Well remember Mulldog,you did have a NAP with me in this game and all of a sudden I get attacked by you without any notice.

It seems after Duke's little fiasco, you just forgot to end your NAP with with beofre you attacked so YES, your are a NAP breaker and everyone is going to know it.

That NAP lasted for 10 turns and we agreed upon it at turn 0, so it ended at turn 10. In addition, in the mail where Duke asked everyone to attack you after you broke your nap with him, I wrote "... this means war.". If you were surprised by me attacking you after that message and after the NAP had expired then the problem is not me breaking andthing but you not thinking.
