You might suspect it

your favourite poster(

) made a map!
I was really bored so I looked around the site and saw the map central with directions on how to make a map. So I started and finished one
Now what do I do with it? Anyone want to use it? Who do I mail to get it on the map cental? It is a wok 4 map by the way. If you want to see it, you should add me to msn and ask for it
map-making Blinky
I might make more maps when I'm bored, it was really fun(maybe the ini part was pretty boring

)

lol... I'm not sure if you are aware but someone who is on leave at the moment has made a Map Assistant. It makes Map-Making a breeze.
To get it added to the Map Central just e-mail GM Al with the map and INI. Maybe I should break down and get MSN.

I am lovable

Marry you? Thought you had a wife? If she will join in on the wedding, sure
What's my next step? Forum moderator, clan leader or GM perhaps
Anything else I can do without playing?

The last person who became a GM before he finished a game didn't work out too well. I would definitely wait a few games before you start to run them. But after that... GO NUTS!!

I was just joking, it wouldn't be very smart to start running games if you have no clue about the game.(of course, I am a genius and understand the game fully so normally that wouldn't apply for me

) I'll definitely play some games first before I become a GM, if I want to be a GM at all. Clan Leader or moderator then?

The WoK Messenger, ordinarily I'd say ask Duke for details as I believe he was the last guy in charge but as he claims to have forgotten even the name maybe that's not such a great plan...
I was fairly sure that someone linked to most of the old Messengers on his GM site, but I can't find out who now. Anyone remember who it was? If not, I still have several of the more recent editions if you want to look at a copy to see what the general set up was like...

I was joking. Naturally I remember my old headache the newsletter.
It was good when Egbert was in charge. I had some bright moments with it but the main problem was that I didnt have any time for it and I couldnt make it keep some sort of consitency.
The newsletter is suppoused to mainly be about wok stuff. Interviews with players, players giving their opinions on tactics, other players, specific games etc. It could also be about how to bring new blood into the community or something completely different. As main editor then you are the guy in charge.
I think I might have a few old issues on a cd at my office. I'll try and dig those out and mail to you Blinky.
Korexus is right about that someone posted those online somewhere but as I recall it it was Baron Roland and if I am right then I guess you could forget about those.

It was GM Wayne aka Coolant that posted old issues of The Messenger. I'm not sure if his site is still up. I have some old issues as well if anyone is interested.
