So from reading some posts, I see there are some NHL fans here :)

My predictions after this afternoon's games... (San Jose, Tampa Bay, Detroit, Colorado, and Philadelphia going through)

Round 1:

Toronto beats Ottawa
Boston beats Montreal
Calgary beats Vancouver

Round 2:
Tampa Bay beats Toronto
Philadelphia beats Boston
Calgary beats Detroit*
Colorado beats San Jose

*I know this probably won't happen, but since Calgary is carrying me in my current hockey pool after today, I've gotta believe :)

If there are any St. Louis fans here, you guys should be disappointed, I know I am after that series...

Kudos to Nashville though, especially Scott Walker... I took him in my hockey pool, and though he only got 1 point in the 6 games, he played amazing... Him and Vokun carried that team...

Now that Detroit has gotten through their toughest opponent (the first round that is, insert random team), I've got to say the Wings are going to be hard to stop.

Wow, what an incredible game 7 between Calgary and Vancouver...

The way they're playing, Calgary will give Detroit a run for their money...

I wouldn't be surprised to see the Flames go down in 5. I'm not just saying that cuz I'm a wings fan, but I watched alot of the Vancouver/Calgary series and wow, talk about hitting!! and having the last two go into overtime......that team's got to be tired.
