Me too...I actually would like to finish the "Swamp Thing" game he was running.
I don't have my old turn reports anymore but we can restart it.
Oh no!!! I'm out of those important papers.......

Actually it would be cool if Count Henri came back. He did a lot of good stuff. My only beef with him was the nap breaking and then gloating about it.
But then again i've learned since then that napbreaking has no consequenses at all, so i'm less 'uptight' about that now.

Undertaker is now in as well, so we have:
2xBoV (Donut, Funty)
2xFF (Allister, Taker)
2xScholars (Korexus, Grave Maker)
1xVO (Duke)
1xMerc (Raw)
only TWO more spots left!

I am happy to announce that a 9th player has just signed up:
TBert (Valn Ohtar).
ONE MORE PLACE LEFT!
http://users.ox.ac.uk/~trin1035/WokGame ... oup02.html
Remember anyone who signs up will be garanteed to start opposite to the fearsome Raw (since so far we have 4 clan pairs plus Raw the mighty mercenary).

Since there is only one unfilled spot left, I was able to run turn 00 and randomly assign a starting position to each player (but keeping clanmates opposite to each other).
Of course I won't reveal the starting positions yet, but players are now able to see what colour they will be.
Just one more player and the game can start immediately.
How about:
Al?
Nesty?
Smashface?
Temujin?
Validon?
Trewqh?
Mullog?
Moridin?
Yarosund?
Melonus Maximus?

Everyone else that hasn't signed up for this one must see the 2 FF members names and know that they most likely don't stand a chance at surviving past turn 3 or 4.
(This statement is meant to encourage sign-ups for this game and is not to be treated as us bragging about our abilities)

C'mon people!!!!! What is the freaking problem?
I even dragged Tbert back from the front of Iraq to fill this group. I had to pull a LOT of strings to make that happend so all you lazy-boy fanatics shouldnt have any problems with this.
Not one player from either BoT or DoW has signed up. Are they all beginners? We have like a 1000 Mercs. Where is Goatherder (havent heard from him in ages) or Nesty? Lardmaster doesnt like WOK5 so count him out, Massie isnt finishing the games he is in so he isnt probable (sp?) to sign up.
Is it just me or does anyone else feel that we need more clans and more players (that actually play)?

We need more people that are able to win! At the moment, only a small number of people know the WOK5 rules well enough to win. This is down to picking the right tribe at the right time rather than good play. The current system is so unbalanced that any idiot can win if they know the right tribe combo to go for...
...which is a shame.
Cheap VPs anyone?

It's not just you. Maybe after the next round of code changes we should have a big relaunch event to try and reactivate some of the old WOK5 players who have disappeared.
