Welcome
Back to the original topic (and neatly side-stepping all this depressing age business)
After welcoming Equus, looks like BOT have another new recruit, who I think will be called Jman.
Hope to see you on the Boards and playing WOK real soon.

Thanks to all the new welcomers!
Just so you know, I am much closer to the 50 than the 40 ;) But I come to tell you this - all the lies your progenetors told you, about how getting older meant you were getting better - are not lies!
I thought I was king of the world in my 20's, then the 30's turned out to be a better decade. Now in my late forties, I can hardly wait to hit my 50's.
Just think of all there is to look forward to - arthritis, even more memory loss, worsening eyesight, prosthetic brain implants.....
I am totally unable to imagine my 60's, let alone being able to reach them in one piece!

Doesn't he realise all the real people live in the GMT and CET time zones?

The play opened in London waaay back. (60-ies, 70-ies?) and is written by Peter Shaffer. It is about a teenager who runs spikes into the eyes of horses and the questions about who is to blame for these actions. The boy himself, his family or the society. I think his name was Aron but I am not sure. There is a psychiatrist (sp?) who is treating him but I cant remember his name.
I think the play won some awards. I saw it in a swedish translated version with a swedish cast (that sucked big time) but I could still see that the play itself was a good one if you had patience with the bozos trying to act.
I also have a feeling that I read somewhere that Equus was a mythological god of horses but that might have been in a roleplaying game.
Anything else you would like to know kids?
