As I stated in the other thread I will be opening a new WOK 4 game. It will be for 1 beginner and 1 advanced player from each of 5 clans. In this game I hope that clans will be able to better teach their new-comers at least how to use the AOF sender
I'll be using the South America map for this. Turns will be run once a week for the new players.
Please e-mail me to join with a beginner and a vet. If anyone has any questions, I can answer them here or in e-mail.
4 spots gone already... TFF and SoO

OUCH!!!!! That was harsh
Yarosund and Black Widow have just signed up. We got room for 2 more teams.
Also, In order to make it harder to kill off a beginner right away, I'll manually place teams close to each other on the map.

Only room for 1 more team of 2 now. If a new player from a clan that hasn't signed up yet needs an advanced player to partner with, just let me know... I'm sure there'd be someone willing to join.
I'm already happy with the turn out for this... glad to see a few new names around here.

Just wanted to agree with Lardmaster and add to the applause and appreciation. A brilliant idea Josh, an advanced and a beginner from each clan, well done. Helps on a whole lot of levels at once.
Hey, I'll have to find and recruit a beginner, just so that I can join in the next one! Or do I mean I need to find an advanced for me to partner? OK, I'll partner Trewqh, and people can form their own view which way round it is

(Sorry, T, it's only funny if I put a name in, just joking).

Thanks all. I'm just glad that there were enough beginners to sign up. Maybe we should work on enough beginners for a full beginner game.

Munchkin,
I assume you emailed a clan-leader or two to ask about joining their clan? Nothing happens unless you contact a clan-leader, yes? Clan Home, under Clans, gives the leaders, and you find his email address in the memberlist (button above all these message boards).
But of course you did that......so mail a different clan's leader......?

Could someone wake up Fredo down in that corner?
I'd hate for him to be asleep when I get down there.
And X-wing, I hope you have more coming that that silly attack last turn or this will not be as fun as I first expected.

I'm sure you do. It is just that I doubt that it has anything to do with this group (or game)

Oh sorry there Mr D. I must have dozed off. Hmm, yeah that's right this is a war game now, right? I'll get right at it then, just a minute please.
Oh and about coming down here, don't do that until you are ready to exit the game.
