Because no one posted it so far, here is the original mail from GH regarding the latest WSC votes:

***
I hereby declare the results of the last round of voting: all passed
with flying colours.

What does this mean????
(i) Clan leagues are no more (Starting Now!) --- instead of clan
leagues, the top two clan play off.
(ii) New scoring year for the WOK Champs is 1 January to 31 December,
(iii) GMC to check the validity of all clans at the start of each clan
scoring period (and, if failed, to take steps to disband same).
***

This just in case someone didnt know about those results and would be interested in them.

Jeez. You would think someone would tell the gatekeeper about things like this. But NOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOOO.

So, what about the current set up? Do I change the clan page and ditch the clan leagues? I suppose I could add a couple of columns to the the clans in Kaomaris table with VPs so far this period and VPs in the previous period. Comments?

We still reset the clan scores on March 1 and September 1. Yes?

What about high score for 2003? Do we extend it to December 31, 2003? I won't be around at the end of the year, (Disney World for the week between Christmas and New Years. woo-hoo!) You may have to wait a week or so to finalize the Hi Score if games end in the last couple of weeks.

Where is this stuff posted?

At your service;
Gatekeeper Bjorn

I'd say we have to continue the scoring through to december really. We'd have to have an extended scoring period either this year or next and, as we've not finished this one yet, there's no real point in waiting.

Not that I'm on the WSC or anything so it doesn't really matter what I say

Yes, the extended season should start right away.

I also believe we might need to switch the clan scoring period a bit in order to keep the 'every-3-months-an-event' schedule.
