theCircle of....CHICKENS?

Post by ThinKing » Fri Sep 19, 2003 1:43 pm

Calidus went AWOL. Bjorn left CoN to join the Vile Nutters. And now, CoN are so yellow that they cant even choose a WOK5 map for us to batter them on.

Hmmm..... Thin King has issues

I realize that I am new here but it would seem to me that to call out CoN like this is not necessarily a good thing. Just browsing this sight and such I believe that with Calidus back CoN is in position to make a strong showing in the clan wars.
Does it count as being AWOL when your computer is down?
We shall see though when the game begins who is indeed the 'Chickens' and who is not.

Validon, don't get too strung up by TK's comments. He was just trying to get back some of the good old fashioned "friendly" banter from the early days of the game. By all means do get back at him. Only as long as you don't take him too seriously ... just like when you face him in a game, eh TK. :wink2:

Hey we like chickens. They taste like, well, chicken. I have emailed Raw with our choice of map. Nick's all mountain map. I also sent the same email to GM taker, as I thought I remembered him being the volunteer GM to run the game. I have yet to hear from either one. *shrugs* You all might as well just surrender now, and save us the trouble of embarrassing you.

No worries. It's just a game so I understand that comments such as TK's are part of it. But hey, I like to join in the fun too. 8)

Well you see.

I have been trying to get rid of that chicken complex since I left the Scholars oh those many years ago. It was something TK tried to instill in all those Scholars. I never understood why he wanted us all to be chickens.
I have almost succeeded but it seems that he figures if he accuses CoN first then we will all fail to see that the Scholars are the real chickens. It took 2 weeks for them to decide which game they wanted to play. They originally asked for a game with a required 5 turn NAP between all parties. Never understood that one myself it is a war so the first thing they ask is for 5 turns of peace. HMMMMM?
There's no need to fear...........

Alright TK, can you send me a list of your group of chicken pluckers for this game. :unclesam:
