Time for new blood

With WOK-ON kicking off making it fairly easy to start up groups I feel that we REALLY need new blood into the community. Wippos signup for his group 2 showed that all to well.
I also feel that we need to put a new clan to the market since we tend to bound with the same clans as well as its members when it comes to allies in games.
I've ran an idea with Hannibal but he seems.....hm.....sleepy and I want this to move faster so I am putting it out there.
I have an idea of setting up everything a clan needs with "image", homepage etc and then go on a mad hunt (with your help) for players for it. What I would need for it is one person who wants to be clan head. I have a few favorites among the fresh players here but I wont approach any of you since I have stolen too many players in the past (glances at Fredo) from other clans. So anyone intrested, mail me about it.
I would like to get a exception to any written or un-written rule about co-operation across clans and be the newbie contactperson for this new clan during its first time of development. That is of course if not a REALLY experienced player takes place as clan head for it.

You see the obvious connection to the mythic RL suppoused sociaty (Egbert should love this). The idea is that the members are in fact controlling the board by making others do what they want without they understanding it themselves. Sort of what we try to do all the time by diplomacy.
So, help me out here.
