Dreadmorgue: The Truth

Post by ThinKing » Mon Jul 21, 2003 12:25 pm

I'm sure you all read the last thread where AF apologised for a mistake where he broke a NAP.

Well it appears this is catching. After a co-ordinated GCA strike from Funty, DAMEON INVADED ALLISTER this turn, taking down one of AF's major armies.

A direct contravention of the NAP that Dameon himself was protecting just last turn.

Am I the only player in this game NOT to break a NAP?

Let me make something clear. If you break a NAP with me, I will most likely break one with you as well if you are not willing to make sufficient recompense. Allister was not. I do not accept people saying "I broke a NAP, you are SOL!". What should happen is "I broke a NAP, how can I make it up to you?" Allister's idea of just recompense was to let me take back the provinces he took from me, which, surprise, TK took this turn anyway. Now, I don't believe that Allister set that up, but the fact is, the harm was already done so I had to find another way to get back all the stuff I lost.

Anyway Allister and I are on good terms, so no harm done. I mean, it's not like I broke an alliance or anything eh? 8)

I'm always in the middle of these controversies.

It sure seems that whenever a conflict is present that I am always involved in some way shape or form.

Oh well, sh.....it happens and life goes on.

The end is near and the Vp's should be clear, I hope.

The truth about Dreadmorgue is that this sucker is over!

Thin King walks away with 3 VP's.

Thanks to all that played.

And that brings the total number of allies TK ditched in this game to two, Massie and AF. Today's lesson kids? Don't ally with TK, he'll ditch you if at all possible if it means more VPs for him.

Tomorrow's lesson, how to not be a........ Seth is suddenly silenced by a swift backhand from Calidus, with the witty retort of "Now now, if you don't have something nice to say, finish it on the battlefield."......
