Gaz, just convert one map for now, that will be enough for testing and then I'll do an automated script for all the others once we know exactly what we want.

Well done! Is there anywhere we can look at the wonder? :)

Korexus

Map 051 is uploaded. (Wok5 map 1). Look where you have the wok4 maps stored.

The ini file is in nuke_wok_advanced_map_provinces.

I added the map info into nuke_wok_maps also.

Will have another look throught the code tomorrow to see if there is any obvious omissions/errors.

Dear all,

I am happy to announce that EWoK is now out of "Developement" and into "Bug Hunting" mode. That is, the engine can run without throwing any errors, but the turn reports don't yet look like they should. Once we have passed through this stage, we will need a small group of volunteers for alpha testing - trying every combination you can think of to check that the engine behaves properly. Obviously a strong knowledge of WoK V will be essential for this part...

WooHoo!

Let me know when you need someone to approach it from the newbie perspective, then. :)

Chris

Sent you a PM yesterday.

I can't seem to get the program to work at all atm.

I have uploaded changes to the engine and to grow.php hopefully to fix a few bugs.

:?

I will be back online in an hour or so from now

Never got your PM, Gaz. :?

Your problem is somewhere around here:

Parse error: syntax error, unexpected ';' in /home/kaomaris/public_html/phpNuke/modules/Lobby/Advanced/include/grow.php on line 318

Usually this means a bracket which hasn't been closed or similar, I'll probably get a bit of time to look at it while I'm at work...

Turn reports are getting there. Currently hunting a bug which causes Tax and troop expenses to be tracked seperately from a player's gold. Slightly odd as the thing which should be causing the bug, isn't...

(And if I can get Gaz to stop overwriting my changes, we'll go even faster!)

Korexus

you said you would be off to Europe for several days so I have begun a major rewrite on a lot of the code.

Don't touch anything concerned with Ewok until I send you an email confirming I have uploaded my changes.

Thanks.
