Hi guys,

I'll do a rerun tomorrow morning. On turn one i corrected Hryllantre's syntaxis mistakes, but forgot to tell him about it so naturally the same mistakes were made. Anyway it had a significant impact on his turn and i think it would be a real shame to let such a silly thing ruin his changes of doing well here.

So a rerun tomorrow.

I noticed the re-run helped a few other players - an additional province gained with that last army eh?!

Any chance of a turn soon? - I want to see if I did my calculations right, or if all my peasants are going to starve to death! :D

Let me know when your people start to starve and I'll put them out of their misery

Well if you hadn't been 19 hours late with sending in your orders i might already have run the turn yesterday evening. :P

No to be honest i'm waiting on one more player to send in his orders. As soon as they are in i'll run the turn.

Just a hint. Putting the next deadline on the email you send out with each report can help people remember when to send orders. I only spotted I was overdue because I happened to look at the running games page. Also, a reminder email about 24 hours before the turn can help. I don't know whou you're waiting for, but does that person know that you're waiting?

I got all orders now, except Validon's but i don't think he's sending any. Does anybody know what happened to him?

As soon as i'm home. I don't have the data here at work.

Actually i'd like to have a little poll.

I can either:

1. Run the turn right on the deadline so there won't be any extensions granted.

2. Wait to make sure that everybody's turn is in (with a max of two day extension).

So which of the two options do you player prefer?

Also from now on i'll send out a reminder to people a day before the deadline.

i want turn run on deadline unless an extension is asked for, not automatic extensions. also if u do choose option 2 i would prefer a 1 day extension rather than 2.

I think small extensions to get evryone's orders in would be good - with Val going M-3 we've actually only got 7 active players form the start, don't want to lose any more. But a quick email so we know you're on top of it would help the people who did send orders keep patient...

Who's be a GM, eh?
