I have spoken to Xarfei and I am convinced that this was an honest mistake.

Well, there was one in June 2004 too but I'm sure that's ancient history now...

(NB, this was partly my fault as I never got email confirmation from TK, I foolishly assumed that something agreed face to face would count. Needless to say I've not made the same mistake twice!)

Sorry, I just can't let a good flamer go to waste!

Oh, and there was also the Champs from last year, when he broke 2 or 3 NAPs. But who's counting.........

Well you would expect a math student to be able to count, wouldn't you.

With who exactly?

Bryk refused to NAP with me. Raw attacked me (and I didnt attack back as I remember).

That only leaves you - and I hardly think we had a NAP!

So not "2 or 3", but "0".

And Korexus... no email confirmation = no NAP. Saying "yeah, I think a NAP sounds like a good idea" does not count as signing a NAP. Donut also learnt this lesson (in Sanborn).

Keep slinging the mud, Scholars. Maybe if you could put a coherent story together, it would stick. Even Nick knows I stick to my NAPs.

Obviously someone's annoyed that taking my clan from me wasnt enough to bring me down.

PS Well played in the Champs. :P

As I said, partially my fault. But we did have an actual agreement, made in person. Not just "yeah a NAP sounds like a good idea" but actually a NAP with terms. Nowhere does it say that a NAP must be agreed by email. As I said, I was foolish enough to expect you to keep terms we agreed to without written proof. I have since learned from that mistake which is why Xarfei and I have been so insistent on written confirmation from you in Sanborn. Annoying when you're in the next room, but the only way we can work it seems...

Really, TK has moved on from breaking NAPs to breaking alliances, such as he did in Skull Island. He can't be bothered with the small things anymore.

Agreed, that we shouldn't rehash old news. However, to be more specific, and then drop it --- Bryk and Korexus informed me that they both had a NAP with TK in the Champs last year, and it was broken both times. The "2 or 3" comes from the fact that the Scholars (and probably every other clan) have an unwritten rule that if there is another Scholar in the game, you automatically have a NAP with him. So, it could be said that TK broke that unwritten NAP with me as well (even though I certainly expected it to happen).

Okay, I'm done.

Just to be acurate, Eg. I can't speak for Bryk but TK didn't attack me in the champs, he just sat and refused to help while I went round pounding every non-scholar, taking his own sweet time to mention having NAPs with the people we were planning to fight...

It works best if you tell it like it was

No, no NO! This won't do! We need more name calling and people kicking over the water cooler at work, because of what's being said on these boards!

This just won't do!
