Battle Interpreter.

I put this together a little while ago (on the tools menu) but I realised that it's a bit hard to work with for long battles.

So I've added a button within turn reports. At the end of a fight for a province, you can now click to "Interpret Battle". This will give you some more in-depth information about the battle, inferred from the lines of the fight. For example:
* A minimum for each side's EFF (based on the highest roll seen)
* A guess at each side's EFF (based on the distribution of rolls seen)
* The number and level of surviving troops.

This is all information you could have worked out from the turn report, but it's not necessarily easy to do so. Now it is. :)
