Tutorials are back

After a fair amount of effort, I've successfully restored the tutorial functionality.
I had to find the map images on waybackmachine, I discovered an old copy of the ini file just lying around, and I had to make the logic work again, but I've just successfully played a game through on the test system and everything seemed to work, so I've put them back on live.
