The Worlds of Kaomaris

I went to look for where I can see my sent messages. I went to the inbox, but i couldnt find a text saying 'sent messages'. Hmm.

After looking around more for that text, I already had given up that it was there. I know some message systems dont support sent messages. I was already ready to make a suggestion for implementation, but then I thought, maybe Donut knows it. So I asked him, and he told me it should be there. Hmmm....

But I saw no text, no hint, no indication where that sentbox might be. I however noticed those icons, for which i had no idea of what they were for, since they are without text. And who knows what happens when you click unknown buttons...

But I had nothing to lose anyway. So I clicked the question mark, and it brought me to a FAQ section. Definately not the way I wanted to go.

Ok, lets try the bigger ones then. First one: a piece of paper. Maybe thats it? Although... clicking doesnt do anything. Great, a useless button...

The arrow then? Oh! There it is!!

Now I'm glad I have found it, and was able to end this quest succesfully

You're right, labels would be helpful.

Now if only we had another php programmer who could take some of the work load from korexus...

Of course, if you hover your mouse over the buttons, it will tell you what they do. Updating the core site coding is not fun...

I tried that earlier and it doesn't tell me. Unless you mean that the link appears in the status bar at the bottom form which one can figure out what's going to happen. But there's no popup cue. At least it doesn't appear for me. I am using Opera 9.00.

Pff, works in IE, which is what most of our users use. If you're going to use a "superior" browser, get one which does all the usual stuff as well as the fancy twirls...

I dont use IE much. I instead use Mozilla Firefox. And that system is used a lot, so i dont find the excuse valid

Well, I'll revert to "updating the core site coding is not fun" then.

Seriously, if I'd written phpBB it'd be much better to look at, but also about 50 times the size and with security holes you could drive a bus through sideways...

You could change the site theme to something else than the dark one it uses now. That would make everything look better...

AH! Those were good times!
But now is (more or less) gone, so you can do whatever you want... And all you need to do is to use another template and you are done. Much prettier!
