Stephen Group#4 Over
This game has now come to an end.
A large number of Quitters has meant that only 1 VP can be awarded.
I would like to have made this 2 VP's, as only 2 of the Quitters were real quitters, the others had all their ARM killed, and quit while they still had some empty prov.
Anyway, the choice from the Thugs is to give 1 VP to Lardmaster.
Well done LM.
Also worth a mention is Butcher, who played a good game, but without an ally could not hope to hold off the 2 Thuggie players.
Thanks to all for playing.

All GMs are reminded that if person playing in one of your games is in a hopeless situation, then they should be asked if they wish to be considered as having sent in no orders for all remaining turns, rather than being listed as a quitter. There are players who actually quit for a variety of reasons, but I see Duke, Aussie Gaz and Grave Maker started this game and it is unusual for them to actually quit a game.

It might be that I wrongly interpreted players intentions when they left the game.
AG, GM, Duke may not have intended for me to count them as quit.
I did not realise that this would have an effect on the awarding of VP's.
If these players were able to confirm that they had not Quit the game, it might be possible for Tristao to gain the VP that he deserves.
I should have payed attention to these details at the time, but did not anticipate this problem.

Stephen,
I usually tell the GM to carry me as sending in zero orders once I have reached a point where I have nothing but empty provinces left. (It happens a lot)
Also, as a GM, I only count a player as quit if they go M-3 with an army left. If they have nothing left, I automatically carry them as having 0 orders. Makes it less confusing for me.
(just my cent and a half)

As I have said to GM Stephen.
I had 1 or 2 completely empty provinces so could not put in any meaningful orders.
That being said if the other players let multiple players go M-3 before they rip them then it is their own fault if there is only 1 VP.
Going M-3 is a tactic (not a really good one but if you are out of the game what does it matter to you?).
I am not sure if Stephen automatically changed my to quit but I thought he just agreed to let me fade away to M-3.

Looks like the error for the remaining players was not RIP'ing the defeated players.
The game lasted more than 12 turns after various players went inactive, so these all went M-3.
That answers my question and means that there will only be the 1 VP.
Thanks to every one who contacted me, to help me out over this problem.
Cheers
