Can we take a quick head count for each clan?

In the interest of the community, we should try to spread new players as evenly as possible. This will allow for everyone to play frequently as well as all new players getting access to some training.

Also, if the veteran mercs joined a clan then their experience would, I'm sure, be gratefully received.

I know it's harsh that not everyone can benefit from the resources in the library, but it wouldn't be much of a war game if we were all on the same side...

The Scholars currently have 3 (and a half) players - korexus, Brykovian, Dragonette and Egbert who doesn't have time to play. How about you others?

We Vulkings can top that with 4 and a half.

Me, trewqh, Mullog, Tigress, and Validon when he dips in. And libraries are just useful tinder to Vulkings. We go by lore.

VO is also at 3 and a half. Myself, Aussie Gaz, and TheDragon comprise the 3, and the half is a conglomeration of Duke and Nick.

I looked at this game and saw the amount of new people, and realized it would be a good recruiting opportunity. My new recruiting tactic is to whomp somebody horribly until they agree to join the clan. My test subject is Vortan... and it isn't working yet. I've got faith though!

Ah. So that's your game is it. Well now you have confessed your real intentions I can tell you this:

YOU HAVE AS MUCH CHANCE OF PLAITING FOG.

I am intent on continuing in the mercenary vein for quite some time yet. :P

TBert of Valn Ohtar and Lardmaster of Thuggee join to fill the game.

Turn 0 is out! Good luck to everyone.

Interesting to notice: Only 1 clan with 2 representatives: Valn Ohtar.

Plaiting Fog must be some silly English Person term. The question is, can a stubborn American even learn HOW to plait fog, or is it somewhere in the mystery realm along with crumpets and driving on the wrong side of the road?

No one can learn how to plait fog. Its an impossible task. Meaning you will not make Vortan leave Mercs. He's quite intent on staying.

I'm a bloomin' Yank, by all definition...

I'm born American, but my family heritage is primerily English/German.

And I know plenty of European sayings.

Why is the lobby saying that turn 2 is overdue when it isn't due until Sunday?

Ignore me, now it isn't.

Korexus: It doesn't say finished, but no-one is voting against. Can you please manually finish the game? Or tell me how to?

You can go to update kaobase and set the game to finished manually. However, I'd really prefer it if players got into the habit of voting. - That way we can have an automated script tracking who wins...

all players have voted, it just doesn't show they did.

Hm, pause the game please, I'll check when I get a free moment.

In theory whenever a player votes, a check is run. If all active players agree then the end game script runs, awarding VPs and setting the game to finished...

Just looked at the game and see that it is paused, but also that the end game script *has* run. Best guess is that you happened to pause it at about the same time as the last player voted. Feel free to set the game to finished manually, everything that is working has done its bit...
