You don't need to keep asking. If you've both hit the I am ready button, then you should get the next turn when the hour rolls over...

Sal and Smashy are really going at it in this game now. I'm thinking I should put a 'turn ran at' header on the page so you can see how quickly they're putting in orders. - I had two turns in one night a bit back!

It looks like Smashy has the upper hand now, but then again he didn't attack at all last turn, can Sal make a comeback?

It's brutal! :D

I was alomst ripped at turn 09, but Smashy was kind enough to let me get back in to it whilst he cleaned up the rest of the players. On turn 15 i was down to two functional provinces (and a bunch of empties).

On turn 19 i would say i was the stronger player but Smashie bombed me hard this last turn so it seems it's pretty even right now.

We try to run 2-3 turns a day to keep up the tempo. :)

We should make this game public once it finishes. If i can find the time i'll write down my plans at different turns to go with it. Maybe you can do the same Smashie. Might make an interesting read for other players.

By the way...how many armies did you lose when you ran in to Kikkertje's already quit armies? That was a life saver. :D

I'd say never quite...he's still got some armies left...this turn. :)

I don't mind running two more turns with a bit of luck i can have 58 provinces then...hurray for tech trade in!

It's been an awesome fight Smashy and thanks for giving me a real chance in this game. I really appreciate it.

Just think, If Smashy quit now you'd only get one VP!!!

(although, I seriously doubt that he would do that to you after this game's brutality!)

Well quiting would take three turns. :)

Though you should take a look at our turn reports once this is over...there's not a lot left on the map. :D

Well, it is finished. An epic game and really showcasing the advantages of the automated engine towards the end, there's no way I would have been able to keep up with the pace Saladin and Smashface were playing at if I were running the game manaully.

If the players in the game don't mind, I'd like to make the turn reports public for this game. It's certainly entertained me and it could be a valuable resource for new players...

Thanks guys!

I have no problems with making it public. Maybe next weekend after my exams i can write a little summary of the game for people to read.

You can already add to the commentary. I'll try and fix it so you cn comment on each turn retrospectively.

i'm ok with it being public, although it certainly doesn't showcase my better games played, but it was one of the most fun games i have played in.

Very nice, Sal. Now you need to vote for yourself to win. (Yes, in some ways the game engine is very stupid. If you just leave it now, you'll go M-3 and we'll all laugh at you...)
