Another thought?

How about if players could add to the GM commentary?
Each turn, players would have a text box, towards the bottom of the game page, which would allow them to leave messages at the end of the commentary. This would hopefully make the game more interesting to observers as well as allowing for in-game banter between players.
What do you all think?

And done. I've even added a message to the commentary of Mike's game so you can see how it works,

Currently the messages are near-anonymous. They do not specify who left a message, but do come up in player order, so people can narrow down who said what by posting a message themselves.
I can imagine that a common use of this feature would be to post spy data, in which case, maybe it should be in a random order? Or maybe in OOP order from the previous turn?

Good idea, I like it. I reckon it should be anonymous tho. After all if you wanted to say who was speaking you could just add that into your text.

Great! Thanks!
With Eg's Battleground Earth coming to a close I hope that one fills before I leave Poland for vacation.
