Your game currently says that it is overdue but that is because it is currently paused and therefore able to be overdue. That's a feature which I only added today, however, so it shouldn't have appeared in Wilfred's game so far unless we have some weird 4-dimensional filespace on the WoK server...

As a side note, it is possible for a game to be as much as 59minutes overdue as the engine only checks for games to run once an hour but this should only happen if the GM has manually changed the due time to an awkward value. - The engine bears it in mind when creating its own due dates...

korexus.
:D Well, Korexus, the turn was supposed to run at 6 am PST, and it is now about 4 hours later, and the game says "The turn is overdue." I have not yet pushed the "run turn" button, since I will give you a chance to look at it in this state. Why hasn't the computer run the turn automatically?

That was lucky for me, for I didn't have time to submit my orders in time... But I just did.

Just a question from a stupid poor man.

Dont you need an argument behind PlayerNR=

Or is this the problem, that it doesnt link one.

*thinks*

Ignore me, just do your thing there where you do something and then lie to everyone that it is fully functional again

This IT-guy at my office took a look at it and claimed that you cannot have the manager say PlayerNR= and then a digit since the sql wont be able to match it against anything. You need to do a tempvariable and then put PlayerNR=temp in the manager.

Did any of that make any sense?

Dukie,

Maybe you could give parts of the advanced wok manager to the it guys at your office and have them create an online version under the guise of it being a program to run one of those big floor cleaning machines. :D

Yep. It did make sense, but that's not the problem.
The problem is that the PlayerNR is missing in the php-script. PHP is supposed to run that line for each player in the game, but somehow the player number got lost! How that happened I don't know.

He is gullable enough to do it anyway probably.

On a different topic: I hot-wired a ride-on cleaning machine today when i had lost the key. Now that is a first 8)

Egbert, what the hell have you done to my manager?!

I will try to have a look this weekend, life has been pretty hectic lately. On the bright side, I passed 1/3 of my course today. :D

Tell me, did any of you genii, while planning your orders for this turn notice that there was no OOP? This would be why the engine didn't run. It tried to but didn't know where to start (hence the missing player number). Of course, now the question is why the OOP wasn't saved. Probably something to do with the re-run...

*checks*

It appears the re-run was in your turn reports. I'll manually enter it as it was there and see if we can kick start this thing...

*works*

There you go. Now let's have no more of this sillyness...

Chris is now officially illiterate, despite the fact that he uses words like genii.

That test was a joke, maybe if I wasn't drunk I'd have done better...

Sorry, just had to mention it somewhere and Duke gave me the chance here...

I'm now literate, woohoo! I doubled my ability with the English language in just three days! Now, to go back to the pub...[/edit]

The game seems to be running smoothly now. Thanks Korexus.

3 players missed the turn, which is unusual. Klis, you are M-2 .... time to wake up soon!

I notice that you guys may soon be playing for 1 VP because of 5 quits. That is a sad state of affairs. In fact, looking at the games currently running, there are way too many "quits" all over. So sad.

That is why instead of missing turns I write profanity about Fredo in the order lines.

Hmmm, Duke, that explains some of your more strange, more suicidal, order-submissions. Or tries to.
