New training game!

Hi,

I've opened up a new training game. It's open to all players though new players will have priority.

There's also no limit to the number of players from one clan as this is a training game, so no vps are rewarded.

BTW should the group fill up with 10 players and has no more than 2 players from the same clan, i'll magically transform it in to a game that is for vps. :D

Bottom line is that we all get to play some more games! :D

So sign up!

Good idea

Sounds like a good idea.

I will try to get some of my players to join in.

Cheers

Hi Lakers,

Not at all feel free to join. Right now we only have Scholars in this game (still looking for more players). But i plan to start this game very soon, even without a complete set of 10 players.

Thanks Saladin,

However I think something went wrong with my turn report and may also explain why I have zero points.

Thanks Lakers

Yeah i noticed so i've set up a new training game and asked Korexus to have a look at what went wrong. You should have received a new turn report now.

Lakers,

I have an explanation for your missing data !

When your soldiers and plebs saw that they were up against 6 Scholars, they all surrendered en masse.

hello everyone,

so it's getting busy - i'm gonna play in 2 games simultaneousy :bluescary:

saladin,
i have 2 questions about the rules of the game:

1. are we allowed to offer naps to the players in the other teams (and the mercenaries :D)
2. are we allowed to spy the fake players or should we regard them as neutrals concerning the spying rules.

cheers,

bean

Everything is allowed Bean. :D

If you want to nap with those silly Royal Fianna Fail guys, go right ahead! :P

It's not that i'm worried being surrounded by those failing royalists me and my clan mate will walsh all over them!

:anxious: *looks around for his clan mate* :anxious:

Erm...just ignore my previous comment! :bluescary:

Dunno what happened there. Unless you added Lakers after running turn 0?

Just to check, are the scholars intentionally split into different clans, or did some silly subroutine force you to seperate them? If so I'll need to zap it before we have a clan war...

Could you set the other three players to M-3? - Otherwise they'll get notification emails about the game, which they may consider spam...

Chris.

The clans are intentional, so Eg and Bean, Bryk and Xarfei, Lakers and Skarn can work together. I'll just sit in my corner till Bryk rips me. :D

I'm actually hoping that Smashface, Raven and Mac An Ghiolla will feel compelled to start playing again. If they haven't replied after turn one, i'll set them to m-3. :D

I guess they figured that being surrounded by Scholars,
they might as well wag the lesson.
They're back now in disguise, pretending to be gladiatorial scholars.
cheers Lakers

Korexus,

That would be another good addition to the manager. A reminder via mail that the deadline for the turn has passed.

Why? The plan is to go back to auto running the turns as soon as possible, so it shouldn't be needed as far as I can see.

Now if I can just get into contact with Rune - as I have been trying for the last week or so, we can sort that out pretty easily.

Web Messenger *really* sucks.

Well if we want GM's to add some nice flavoured commentary they will need to know when the turn has run. I know i always forget. :D

I am here! All the time :D And I am on messenger about 16 hours each day...
Send me an email and we can meet in the chatroom. Or you can try the eMessenger at http://www.e-messenger.net/

An email to the GM sounds like a good idea I think.
