When I click on my Turn Report, I see Dount's ... I only scanned down far enough to double-check that the starting province was right (although the starting data isn't much of a secret, give or take a handful of POP) ...

But, I'd rather see mine instead. ;)

Ayup, same problem here. I'm fine with getting Donut's report, as long as I get to see mine too. :P

Also, my province is a disgusting colour.

No idea how that one crept in!

*goes and looks*

Ok now I know why it happened, but have no clue why it didn't happen in all the other games we've played up till now...

*kicks computer*

There, fixed. :D

I think Chris did it on purpose because "My Turn Reports never look right..."

:P

A reminder the turn is due Friday. So far only Duke has sent in orders. The turn will run with or without the rest of you, no exceptions.

That's how i like it!

No exceptions, no extensions. If you can't do your orders ask somebody else to do them for you.

I agree, why else would you set a deadline.

I hope that WoK-on will be run on a timely basis

Don't blame GM's buttholes :P They aren't the ones that usually need the extension :P

I'm not blaming the GM's buttface.Image..............

I know we all have the occasional computer problem or connection issues(fredo's game) and that's 100% totally understandable......

But I do think that 7 days is plenty of time to send in orders especially when you see that the people asking for the extension are always online messing around when they should be doing their orders.

I've been playing this game for a long time and I think I have only asked for 2 extension in my time here...1 for when my kids were born and the other was a vacation conflict.

No biggee though......

Well at least we all know what Allister looks like now.

I think it would have been better if you had left us guessing about your looks though.

You asked for an extension? I sms:ed (textmessage on the mobile phone) to X-wing from outside the hospital about 2-3 hours before my first girl was born.

Gave him instructions on what orders to put in for me. Aahhh, those were the days.

Still remember that game. Egbert won it and I had teamed up with Dyana and Queen Pea. I did a surprice move that almost came through but Egbert managed to switch things back into order.

"funniness"??

Any Brits got a problem with this word? Queens English is it?

(I got you the first time Dough-Man)

I wouldn't claim to speak Queen's English apart from when pretty drunk, but the Oxford English Dictionary has this for funny.

funny, a. and n. pl.
Hence funnily adv., in a funny manner; funniness, the quality or state of being funny; a funny saying or joke. Also funnyism nonce-wd., a joke.

I'm definitely going to use the word funnyism at some point. I don't say nonce enough either...

Duke,

Sometimes you make mistakes with your English, but we let it slide because you are foreign.

We tend to treat Americans the same way.

Me, make mistakes????

Cant see how that ever would have happend.

I could post in Swedish if you'd prefer my posts to be more accurate regarding grammar and spelling.

Duke,

99.85% of Americans wouldn't know if your grammar was correct or incorrect. Besides, the other 0.15% of us just don't give a dangnabbit.
