You might take a look at how the score is calculated too. It seems that the score is lower than it actually should be. When Xarfei only had 73 points(a couple of turns ago) he still had armies. That seemed a bit odd to me. Maybe it was right but usually if you have 2 territories and that low of points you are out of everything.

Validon: I can't see a problem with the score calculation. That doesn't mean there isn't one of course. I could check some more but I think score should be one of the things we revise personally. (People are always saying it doesn't make much sense, now's your chance to change it!)
Which brings me on to Donut's point. No not everything has been decided yet. The level aim will go down and the level bonus for fighting will increase. It sounds like sabotage and steal operations will become valid over the whole map, but we still need to know how you guys think chance of success should be calculated, how spy player should work and what to do with missiles.
Holidays are coming up, I'd like to get this thing pretty much finished over the next week, so discuss, people!
