Substitute players.
If a Clan has two members in a game and one of them will be away for a Turn, is it ok for the other team member to send in orders for both players ?
I will be away in Nick's 35 for at least 1 Turn. Raw is in the game with me and Nick has said that Raw would be ok to sub for me "I can accept orders from a sub for both turns, at any rate. Raw would be fine, as would any other Scholar."
I'm just checking (covering my butt) that a player already in a game can also submit orders for another player in the same game.
(On a side note, I'd be happy to sub for any player in any game....I can be relied upon to act in my best interests. IE - But Allister, I thought you said that you wanted all your workers to change to mining and you wanted to transform your level 3.7 armies back into POP...I though it was wierd at the time...especially with Eg's huge army right next to you....how was I to know that he was going to attack you...))

Skarn,
What in the blue hell are you talking about?
That's too funny, I highly doubt I ever saw that happen.
LOL

I only allow players from the game to sub in for other players if they are in the same clan, really. Otherwise I wouldn't. In any case, it's a matter of House Rules, and as that is the position I have stated as GM then your butt is officially covered.

Oh and by the way you are not allowed to use a player from the same game as a substitute.
See WoK rules, page 3 section 4:20
"Under no circumstance can another player involved in the same game substitute as a sender of orders for another player. This is called the "NWJ" rule, a.k.a., No Way Jose'.
But really, I don't care if Raw sends in orders for you.
Oh and your little story sounds like something you would ask Egbert to do for you. I think you have your games mixed up.

Sorry Charlie, but there's no room for humor here in Kaomaris. This is a game, please try to be a little more serious.Allister Fiend wrote:Dork?
Well I think the story Skarn presented is dorky, still wondering what is up with that.
Just trying to defned myself here Nick, if Skarn can be funny, so can I.

Take a guess
--
Men's bikini underwear
"I think I'll wear a banana hammock instead of boxers today."
--
A men's style of undergarment that holds the genitalia in a sling-like hammock apparatus, allowing the meat knot to protrude offensively. Favored by greasy Europeans at the beach, and even greasier weightlifters during competition and posedown sessions.
When I was swimming at the Y the other day, this hairy Italian hedgehog was hanging out at the pool all day showing off his silky red banana hammock.
--
The name of my boat.
I went for a ride today on The Banana Hammock.
--
A minature hammock for keeping banans in. An alternative to a fruit-bowl.
What that on the shelf?
That's a banana hammock.
A Speedo, of course.
I have to lose the winter tire, so my banana hammock still fits.

For those of you that missed it, the story I added was a fanciful scenario of what might happen if you (AF) asked me to sub for a game that you were in. It is completely hyperthetical (am I allowed to use big words like that Allister ?)Allister Fiend wrote:Well I think the story Skarn presented is dorky, still wondering what is up with that.

You mean that Valentines Day card I got in the mail wasn't from you....oh the misery I feel now. How can I go on, knowing that you don't like me ? When will the pain in my heart end.....Allister Fiend wrote:Besides, I wouldn't ask you to sub for me even if I did like you.
Come, sit down on this comfy lounge and tell me all about it. When did these negetive feelings begin.....?
