Bringing in the new year...

It's time to officially end the 2004 VP Scoring period. Technically theres still 2.5 hours my time for the new years but I don't expect any games to be ended in that time. The Hi-Score tables are set and new ones will be up in due time.

Sorry, but I do have an objection to Josh running the Champs game. While I surely like him as a person, I don't like the way he GMs at all, and I don't feel comfortable with his running the game given his policies. Normally I can (and do) just avoid his games, but with a game like the Champs which I would like to play in again this year I'd prefer another GM pick it up if possible.

Probably better that way. I will hand the game over to anyone who is willing to pick it up. Players can still send me a confirmation e-mail so that when it is handed over the game can start immediately.

The arguments I have had with Josh are old news and I'd really rather not rehash them here because it won't come to any good. There are plenty of other GMs that are not in the Champs that can pick this up, as Josh has graciously stepped aside I hope that one of them steps up.
Oh, and just for the record, this is the same situation that arose with the Clan Champs this year. I was set to GM them, but Mylantis told me he wasn't comfortable with that. I respected that, and stepped aside. (I think Josh picked those up too, for the record) So it's not like I am making an unreasonable request here; if it weren't a Champs game this wouldn't even be an issue.

How is it determined who plays in the champs games when people are tied for the same score?
Basically, why does Neste play but not Nemesis, or Raw or UD etc.......
