Help needed!!!!!!

Post by Validon » Sat Aug 14, 2004 11:12 am

I'm trying to start my group #03 and when I enter the wok 4 manager and enter 012 for map and ini I get the following error message:

Input past end of file in module CUSWOK4C at address DC23:E4E3

What do I need to do to fix this and get my new group rolling? Any help would be much appreciated.

Go to map central. Click on the link of the map you want to use - its a text file so it will be displayed on your screen when you click it.

Then copy&paste all the data you see into wordpad, and save with the correct filename. This should work (did for Duke).

Short version would be to open your existing INI file and copy&paste into Wordpad, but try it from the website if that fails.

THE shortest way to do it is to open it in Wordpad and just resave it. This HAS to fix your problem, unless the INI file has some syntax mistakes.

That INI should be fine. My group 4 is running fine with it.

Well it didnt (I tried). Al's way worked. Always listen to the Austrians. That is why the Americans elect them in some states

Trewqhs way was a little...how should I put this....Polish.

Oh, Duke.

By now you should now that it was just that YOU did something wrong. :P The shortest solution proved to be too sophisticated... or maybe... too polish for you 8)
