Go to google home page,

Type "weapons of mass destruction" don't press enter but click the "I am
feeling lucky" button. Now, READ THE ERROR MESSAGES ON THE BROWSER VERY CAREFULLY.

The Google thing is about a week old - it got known as the 'Google hack' (although I doubt its a hack, probably another marketing scam as otherwise they would have removed it by now)
