What'd you get for the holidays?

Though I am a little against gift giving for x-mas because 50% of people just celebrate for presents, what was your favorite gift that you gave/recieved. My favorite gift that I got was a paintball marker!!! My favorite gift that I gave was a radar/laser detector to my mom cause she just got pulled over and accessed a ticket a month ago.

Best gift I got:

Belive it or not, a book. Swedish one, you wouldnt have heard of it (To Fredo: Gregorius)

Best gift I gave:

Close call between a sort of Disney Princess kitchen system thingy for my two daughters (who has played with it non stop ever since. At one time I found the two year old playing with it at 3 am!)

Or, a digital system camera for my wife. She has been talking about it for like 2 years now.

My youngest daughter got a little type of doll house with Snowwhite and the seven dwarfs.

Actual quote from my mother in law:

"I will gather those dolls so they dont get thrown out with the wrapping paper. How many dwarfs should it be?"

I dont know......seven??? (In reality I totally ignored the question and went to look for something important. Anything.)

That's as good as standing in line behind the lady at Long John Silvers and listening to her ask the poor little girl behind the counter "How many shrimp are in a 10 piece shrimp dinner?"

I told the girl she should have said 7.
