MM - Post is a brand of cereal in the USA. They make several different cereals one being Post Raisin Bran.

The sugar in one 20oz. Coca Cola = 11 krispy kreme donuts. (or there abouts) Kinda puts Krispy Kreme back on the "health food" list, doesn't it?????

I'd have to take a wild stab and say that there's a heck of a lot more fat in a Krispy Kreme than there is in a can of Coke. Now I could be wrong, but I think I'm making a fairly educated guess on that one.
