Does anyone know what happened to GM Taker's pages? Anytime I go to look at one of his group pages I get a "not found on this server" message.

Any two borders that touch are neighbors.

For example: 16 would have as its neighbors 02,13,20,19,40,10,14

likewise for 09: 08,12,02,15,10,11

and 04: 07,03,21,13,02,12

however 14 and 40 would not be neighbors

I believe there is a problem.

Either 11 and 17 are not neighbours which is not so obvious to figure out from the map or there is a mistake in the INI which doesn't link these two provinces. WOK 4 Manager wouldn't place two starting provinces in neighbouring provinces to my knowledge.
