Strange that only you and Gaz seemed to think it wasn't worth the risk though...

If you were too scared to face Dameon on this map, you didn't have to sign up!

Yes, only the CP:Mullog draw resulted in a combat. But only Xarfei, Gaz and yourself only took provinces which were out of reach of the other player. Everyone else took the "risk" which you say was too great and Xarfei split his attacks, taking a different risk instead.

And the next WoK 5 games isn't exactly far off. Donut may be running one depending on votes and Nick will be starting one up when he gets his modem.

I'm sure that turn 2 will bring lots of action. I don't think anyone can really wait around too much in this game. If you are fighting your initial opponent still and then a bridge opens up behind you then you are truly in trouble. 8)

Being 2nd in the oop was not enough encouragement for me to take a risk.

Besides the aim is to win. It don't matter how (although I try not to break any naps).

I also just noticed that I ended up being second in the oop again. Should be interesting.
